An inspiring mental health & stress management workshop with an amazing group of students and teachers! 🧠✨
In this interactive session, we used a live demonstration with student volunteers to visually show how daily pressures build up and how we can support one another through them. Investing in our youth’s mental well-being is essential for a healthier future.
